Our Success
The success of ULG lies in our ability to help organisations
achieve their objectives through local policy setting and improvements in
management, skills and systems. We provide project management and advisory
services for international development and act as brokers.
News
The boards of PMTC International Limited and ULG Northumbrian Limited are
pleased to announce the acquisition of ULG Northumbrian Limited by PMTC
International with effect from 10th April 2006.
The acquisition, approved by both companies, takes place against a global
backdrop of consolidation within the consulting industry. Both companies
believe that the inclusion of ULG in the Group brings to PMTC a range of new
technical sectors, funding streams and geographical coverage that is essential
in order to remain competitive in the current market. We are confident that the
synergies which will result from this new grouping will enable us to deliver a
wider range of services to a more diverse client base.
PMTC and ULG have a long and successful track record of working together in
Asia, Africa and Europe and are currently consortium partners on the Fourth
Fisheries Project in Bangladesh. Both companies have a shared commitment to
working with clients and beneficiaries to the highest ethical standards in the
professional implementation of development aid.
ULG will continue to operate as normal under the ownership of the PMTC
International Group. PMTC will continue to support ULG in honouring all their
existing contractual relationships and continue to offer the same level of
services to clients, beneficiaries, our working partners and funding agencies
world-wide.
